We collect information you provide directly to us — for example when you book a counselling session, request a free guide, make a partnership enquiry, contact us, or use our services. This may include:

• Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
• Your study plans: level, preferred destination and intake, current stage
• Academic information you choose to share: SSC / O-level and HSC / A-level results, Bachelor's CGPA and English test scores
• Your budget for your studies
• For partnership enquiries: your organisation, role and city

When you become a student, your counsellor will also collect the academic, identity and financial documents needed for your applications and visa.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain and improve our services: to prepare for and hold your counselling session, send the guides you request (including by WhatsApp), prepare applications and visa files you ask us to handle, communicate with you, and — if you agree — send you updates about intakes, deadlines and info sessions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Universities, schools and embassies — only the information and documents needed for applications you have approved
• Service providers that help us run our services, such as Google (Forms and Sheets, where enquiries are stored), Meta (the WhatsApp Business Platform) and our website host
• DSAT School, our sister concern — only if you ask about their courses, such as IELTS or SAT preparation
• Authorities, where the law requires it

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, and access is limited to the team members who need it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to tell you when a cookie is being sent.

You have the right to access, update or delete your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of updates by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by contacting us at origamieducation@gmail.com.

Many of our students are under 18. We encourage students to attend counselling with a parent or guardian, and we involve a parent or guardian before starting any application for a student under 18.
